Central – Bistro & Bar
On the ground floor, facing Bahnhofstrasse, we are opening our bistro with bar in May 2027. The Central is there for everyone: for hotel guests over their first coffee, for people from the neighbouring offices at lunchtime and for anyone dropping by for a glass in the evening.
A day at the Central
- MorningCoffee, fresh croissants and today’s paper. If you are in a hurry, take it all with you.
- LunchtimeA small menu that changes with the seasons. Quick enough for your lunch break and good enough to bring you back the next day.
- EveningSelected wines, a few good drinks and small plates to share. You bring the conversation.

Just drop by.
No need to reserve. Sit wherever there is space and stay as long as you like. The Wi-Fi is fast enough for a meeting on your laptop and the chairs comfortable enough for a second glass.
Fancy a full menu?
For a dinner with several courses, the short trip to Ruggell is worth it. The à la carte restaurant tenn at our partner hotel kommod cooks what our bistro is too small for. For groups and company dinners, we organise both from a single source.
