Serviced apartments – long stay in Liechtenstein

Some stays are too long for a hotel room and too short for a flat. A three-month project, the first weeks in a new job, renovation work at home.

For stays like these, we have set up seven serviced apartments on the top floor: with their own kitchen, balcony and workspace, and with everything else a hotel can offer.

The Central has an older sister: Hotel kommod in Ruggell, a business and seminar hotel with six seminar rooms, a roof terrace and two restaurants. What we lack in space in Schaan, the kommod has. You send one enquiry and we spread it across both hotels.

Many long-stay guests are sent by their employer.

That is why companies get corporate rates, one combined invoice instead of many individual receipts, on request with a project or purchase order number, and a dedicated contact person. If the team grows beyond our top floor, the rest stay at the kommod in Ruggell.
