About Hotel Central
The Central is a hotel for people on the move and for those who stay a while. We run it the way we like to be welcomed ourselves: attentive, uncomplicated and with a sense of when a guest would rather be left in peace.
Under one roof you will find hotel rooms and serviced apartments, the Bistro & Bar Central, the green orangery, the salon and the loggia. The name says it all: Hotel Central lies in the middle of Schaan – in the heart of Liechtenstein. Centrally located and close to life, it combines short distances with an uncomplicated stay and is the ideal starting point for discovering Liechtenstein.

Behind the Central is the motivated and experienced team of kommod ag. With Hotel kommod they have long known what hospitality in Liechtenstein means. The Central is their second hotel, smaller, more urban and in the heart of the village. A hotel that the people of Schaan also like to come and go from.
With Hotel Central we want to create not just a place of hospitality but also a lively building that contributes to the townscape and the village community.
Good energy, built in.
The Central is built to the Minergie-A standard, which stands for energy efficiency. The building generates a large share of its own energy, runs without fossil energy and is supplied with fresh air around the clock. You will hardly notice any of this. Except perhaps that the air in your room is fresher in the morning than you are used to in hotels.

Two hotels, one family.
The Central has an older sister: Hotel kommod in Ruggell, a business and seminar hotel with six seminar rooms, a roof terrace and two restaurants. What we lack in space in Schaan, the kommod has. You send one enquiry and we spread it across both hotels.
Just ask.
